The dremel work was a MF! They're really my first serious attempt at making grips. the fits a little off here & there. But Dang! Ain't they "Too Cool Fer School"?

The snakes are Pewter castings that I bought on ebay. I made the grips out of some black Walnut that I aged. I did the relief carving & inset them in the grips. The castings were still a little rough & had to be formed to lay on the contour of the grips & polished to shine. The finish on the wood is my own antiquing process & that's a secret.

Very nice Deadeye - you did some great work getting them to fit like that. Are the snakes held in with epoxy or studs? I'd bet you could sell a bunch if you had the time and could do it where they were affordable. I like the dark walnut too. Keep it up, I want to see more!
