It looks like he shot it down range and then thru the roof and when he finished it was cocked. It was tough for me to see the second shot go off though. I don't know if he thumb cocked and the second bullet went out. Too quick even at slow speed and you couldn't see his hands. If he were next to me I'd wrap up my shooting for that day and get to hell out of there.

I don't think that's what he meant...I think he meant the recoil triggered the other round without the trigger being pulled...maybe it's just I'm not seeing it....regardless...that's too much gun to hold in two hands...and that's my final answer....

He fired it once and then it fired again as the recoil pointed it toward the roof, but I, like Terry, have no idea for sure. I don't see how he could have cocked it while it was recoiling.

Sheepdog, that's what I thought at first, but that would have ruined the cylinder and the shooter I think.

Danny, that was my understanding too, but how could that happen in a revolver? :?

I don’t know for sure but seem to remember that when the 50 first came out they had that problem with them, wish I could remember more as to what it was.

I'm not buying a 'bump fire' and, although, I can't see it, I think he pulled the trigger in recoil. If it had in fact 'bump fired' it would have been from the cylinder and not gone out the barrel.
My, less than humble, opinion.

My thoughts exactly, Kim. The cylinder would have blown up.
Weak hammer spring and rebound shorten . The gun recocked from
recoil , if you looked at end of video the hammer is recocked and if
the gun would have pointed ft the rebound spring would let the
hammer fall again . STOP it on 40 sec and you will see it's recocked

Was this worked on and not the way it comes from the factory?
I think a trigger job was done on it . And that's the two springs
you need . I never guessed the recoil was that bad . I'll take a
XP100 that makes recoil manageable and shoot 500 yds with pin
point accuracy and flat shooting and toss that 500 mag in the
dumpter where it belongs .
