That confirms what I thought.
I just finished my weekly update and defrag. The blue tab was there. Closed GF, reset VPN, now tab is gone.
With a VPN you can have endless IP addresses and ISPs in dozens of cities. It does at least let me pick the country!
I knew the VPN could affect it, I just wanted to be sure it was legit and not some kind of hack or phish.
I think I can tell which city I'm probably "in" by which city's news dominates my home page. Most of the time it seems to be in Ohio....
