Oh, this thing looks sweet. I can't wait to zero in on something! My neighbor, who has a groundhog problem like I do in the yard, bought me a pack of targets with groundhogs on them. The targets themselves are really small, but it'll be fun to use those.

And that gold ring around the front looks awesome with the gold trigger, if I say so myself!

Eddie,

That's a GREAT scope on a FINE rifle. Looks good! I have an eye problem on the right so I have scopes on all my rifles. That's why I got into shooting pistols, cause I can just hold my head over and look through the other eye.

You'll like that Leupold, they are one nice scope. :D

Thanks guys! Yeah, when I held that Leopold up to the window, it just let so much more light in, the crosshairs were finer, it just looked like a really good quality scope. I'm very excited to shoot with it.

Mighty fine gun and scope. You can be proud of that combo. If you really get into the leverguns, you should check out Paco Kelley's Levergun site. It is a pretty cool place with lots of good articles and a forum that focuses on Marlin and Winchester leverguns.

Thanks, I checked it out and signed up.

There's a guy in the classifieds who has some nice stuff for sale I'm curious about, I will be contacting him once my sign-up goes through...
