SWEET!!! That about says it all. Shot 10rds. of my 300gr. XTPs with 19.5gr. of H110.
Put all 10 in a 4.5" group at 25yds. Free hand open sights. 7.5" Redhawk .44Mag.


P.S. Recoil was a breeze, very nice!

That's the plan, I need to cut me a good/quiet path & set up my blind will start on that next wk.

Do you have any clue how hot it is here now? 95-100 during the day & it might drop below 90 during the night (if your lucky). Besides I'm pacing myself!

4 1/2" freehand at 25yds is quite respectable. I'm surprised you called the recoil was a breeze, or did that mean the wind you felt as the gun passed beside your head? :lol:

No the recoil really impressed me. It was lighter than some 240gr. 24.5gr of H110 loads that I shot also.

They'll be there when it cools off a little plus if you plan on keeping any meat at all it will keep a lot better in cooler weather. Good luck when you go.
