Nice selection! That Air Lite would be wicked for me to shoot.

Congrats. It is a fine looking revolver. I was in the pricing/ordering stage for one of them and then my attention got taken away by the Sig P938. I imagine it's a handful with .357 loads but light, concealable and just about the idea carry revolver.

The wife's first gun of choice was a Taurus CIA 650, she just loved it, shot mostly 38s though and was a great snake gun on the ranch. She aced her first classes ant The Firearms Academy of Seattle, especially the Dark Room her first time out at formal training. Needles to say, she loved that little gun. After she "acquired" my G19 and bought her Shield I traded the 650 for her M&P9, she wasn't real happy.

The 340 is only .6 oz lighter than the 642. It's chambered for .357 Mag, but will probably be shot with .38 Spec +P. The main selling point for me was the big XS front sight. That is good for old eyes. (It also is tritium so it glows in the dark.)

Was looking at the Kimber KS-6. That looks like a fine revolver as well. Lighter than my 5 shot SP101 with an additional round of 357 for your shooting pleasure.

I've been tempted by Kimbers, but I can't get past the sideplate compared to Ruger. I could still buy a .22 Kimber if they make one and it's proportioned right. That's the only kick about my .22 SP, being .357 size and 2 pounds. Which FWIW Ruger says it is currently unavalable.
