My Lee book says a 125 grain jacketed bullet with 8.7 - 9.6 grains of Unique under it works well. Sound about right?

For jacketed bullet, yes, that is right.

I guess I'll go with that. It didn't give a listing for H110 at all.

H110 in the Speer Manual # 13 is 18.0-20.0 gr giving 1154-1282 FPS with a Small Pistol Magnum Primer specified. The Unique load agrees.
