No Yote notches on this one...But it does have it's fair share of ground piggie notches!

I hunt with a 12 gauge most of the time for coyotes as around here it's very thick, and they come in fast!

We don't have as many as some places, but there are getting to be more all the time.

My time for getting a hunting license has expired and now I need to take another NRA safety course before I can get another one. There goes 16 hours out the window.

Quite the handsome rifle there John! If you're interested in another relatively inexpensive but reliable .223, you may want to check into the Saigas. I have one and want to add the 7.62x39 at some point. They can generally be had for right under $300. :D

You know John, those singles are growing on Me. That is a nice package You have there. I don't think I've seen another like it. Did I hear that NEF is going out of business ? I hear so many things while cruising the forums, that sometimes I can't keep it all straight !

nef is/was owned by marlin. Remington recently bought marlin. Remington is closing the nef facility to "streamline" and last i heard they are moving production to a marlin site and it might take a year to do it. Bottom line----nef's might wind up gettin' some calibers, guages dropped from production if viewed by remy as slow movers. Also there may be some interuptions in production on some nef's so availability may be gettin' spotty in the future.

Same here. My next long gun will either be an AK-47 or a Bushmaster. That is after I get finished paying off a couple of other things first. :)
