Went to one of our local shops today that stocks some stuff for LEOs.....went looking to see if they had flashlights. They stock mostly Surefire. Found one that is about the length of your hand, and uses two lithium batteries...non rechargeable. The bulb is advertised at 120 lumens for 1 1/4 hr. Price was $59.95. Had a couple in the 250 - 300 lumen range, but they were $250 and up.....I might get one of the 120 lumen lights to try....if it doesn't work for what I want, I'll put it in the truck, and get something bigger.....

I think that guy was hoping someone would come along and offer him a job as a writer or product tester. He must have thought gun magazine editors visited the forums. :?

No, he was trying to use the forum to sell his lights, but pretending to be "informing" us....the straight-on honest approach like our grips making friends use would be great...but he was actin' kinda like a vaccuum cleaner salesman....I don't think he knew any other way...seemed to have good products....crap, if you've got good stuff that people need, get up on a powder barrel and SELL IT!!!
