Yup, it is the original Vaquero. I eventually want to get on of the New Vaqueros, but then I will have to be really careful with my ammo. Most of the .45 colt ammo I have would do unpleasant things to one of the new vaqs or colt clones. As of yet, all my .45colts can take the heavy stuff.

I have 3 Vaqueros, all OMs. Ones a 357 and the other 2 are 45s. Once the SBH hammers are in and the free spin pawls they are great. I don't see any reason to get a new Vaquero. I'm quite happy with the OMs.
