Here's the Norinco I've mentioned a few times....it ain't pretty, but it's accurate, and feeds just about anything I want to give it.....I've had this gun since about 1985, if I remember correctly......

That's a good looking gun. I've seen some Norincos that looked really fugly. At least that's what I thought they were.

A friend of mine had one of them and it was like yours, accurate and feeds everything, they are good guns.

I want to send this gun off to get refinished. APW (hardchrome) and CCR (cera-hide) are the two I'm concidering....just trying to decide and budget for it.....

I think Armolloy can be had for $200...haven't talked to them in a coupla years, though...

Sgt., CCR advertises on another forum i visit, and I've e-mailed them a couple of times. I think what I would really like is to have my Norinco done in cere-hide black by CCR, and have the slide on my P226 hardchromed at AP&W.....

the norinco 1911 was a fine weapon
as was the sks and ak variants
the jw15 bolt action 22 was a real sleeper and was a copy of the cz 452 bolt action

they were also supose to import a copy of the old colt huntsman .22 handgun but i guess the politics mucked that up as well............

If the political machine would allow imports of Norinco's again, I'd get a couple more 1911's.....this .45 is just fun to shoot.....
