On July 4 2015 two Russia strategic bombers then flew within 50 miles of the Northern California coast before turning away . Why is this not in the news and why wasn't Alaska , Wa , Or and Ca put on alert .

It's a constant game tgr, they continually test our defenses. Looking to see when we pick em up, when we intercept. We were buzzed in the Persian Gulf by a bear, of course it was promptly escorted by a pair of fa-18's!

Of course that won't make the news. Wrong party in office for the media to embarrass.
I served in the Navy under Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush 41, and Bubba.
And I learned that the press was willing to publish anything they could that was negative of our military under Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and Bush.
I spent 4 years during the end Bush 41 and the early years of Clinton working with submariners. We were at a training command. The stories that they had of the close encounters with Russian subs and aircraft were amazing. Those guys hunt reach other constantly.
But the one thing that was obvious was that the Russians were much more aggressive when Carter and Clinton were at the helm. They were not afraid of retaliation. The best years were when Reagan was Commander in Chief. The reds were afraid of him they knew if they crossed the line and pushed too hard that he would not hesitate to give the order to engage. Our sub commanders were given much more latitude under Reagan than any of the other presidents. And the commies knew that.

Our current Pretender in Chief has no respect and no fear from any of our nation's enemies.
I pray daily that a candidate arises who can fill the shoes of Ronald Reagan.

I'm hoping everyone associated the Pretender, including the Congress, comes down with the Abe Lincoln virus. :geek: :geek:
