Any idea what was causing the ftf's? Light strikes?

I like shooting a 45 better than a 9mm too. Although my girl's XD-9 is a great shooter.

Ah that makes sense. I thought you were having failure to fires. I had one in my 1911 first time out. Still bothers me. I'm thinking that the mag may be at fault in your case. I hope you get it figured out. Nothing worse than a gun that'll jam. Even at the range.
