~Bad A$$ Home Defense Revolver~
As stated in the Reviews~ #4 shot is a Nasty Load, and will not over penetrate... And 000 Buckshot is a Bad A$$ indoor round also... Each of the 3 Balls has the power of a 9mm, so even if one did penetrate a wall, most of its energy would be spent...
NOTE: 3 out of Ten Medium Framed JUDGE's sold now are being sold to women for Home Defense... Its a Point and Kill the Bad Guy GUN...
Remember, shooting anybody in the Back OR over 25 feet, Makes YOU The Bad Guy In COURT...!!!...<:-((

How's the recoil on the judge? I used to have a Contender with a 45/410 BBL and that snapped pretty good with the shotshell loads and that was a heavier piece. It just seemed interesting that 1/3 are going to women.

Terry_P... With the Extra forward weight of the longer cylinder, and the Soft Ribber Grip, and the gun designed to sit low in the hand, there is not much barrel flip when you shoot... But, if you get a UltaLite you will find a Snappy recoil... The Men out there that want to have a more Positive Targeting Grip, should put a Hogue Grip on one... The Pic shows Me shooting a 45 Colt Black Powder at the Range... Also you can do something that's not advised with a Standard Revolver... You can Rap you finger around the front of the Trigger Guard without Blowing your Finger because of the Long Cylinder...<:)) You do that with a regular Revolver and you may be Picking bits of debrie out of that finger... (been there done that) Its vary nice for one hand shots...

Here is a Visual Unbiased movie Clip... Notice, even the Shot shell shot-cup is going out to and through with the shot pattern... I guess you would not even like being Smacked By the Shot-Cup let alone the pellets...!!!

The .357 Tracker in the front. I'll only use the .500 for home defense if I'm under siege by Elephants and Rhinos.

My GP100 with my Kiatt grips and Williams Fire Sights. As you see, even in very low light, the Fire Sights glow better than the radio active ones I bought once.
