I do carry concealed, because that is the norm around here, & I kind of like the element of surprise anyway.

But if I've been in the field, & have one of My revolvers on My hip, & want to stop for gas, a snack, or a quick trip into a store, I don't take it off ! I'll put My shirttail out over it or My jacket, but if it still shows, that's OK too. No one around here becomes too alarmed. There is a lot of farmland around here, & a lot of Hunters running around, nearly any time of the year.

Something I've often thought about ! If I walk into a place, with mayhem on My mind, & see Your open carry on your hip !! Guess who tops the list, as My first target ?!!? I think I'd personally prefer no one know I am armed.
