I got thinking about it, and how am I goin to be able to reload the mags???

:D Oh well, the gp100 was begging to get some use.

Will you be shooting with your dominent hand? If not it's good practice. I haven't shot with my left hand the last few trips to the range.
Nope I'm a righty, and that's the one they did the cutting on.

I think I can reload the GP, but holding a mag won't work.
John, isn't that what a wife is for?
Be a good time to practice with your knife.
You'll are so very helpful, and funny too!

Thanks. :D
You just got pinned behind a dumpster with one clip, and shot in your good hand....I know you well enough to know you've got it figured out as you read this....do it, and tell us how it went....betchacan!!! Load the mag....insert and seat...rack the slide...all with one hand.....I got faith in you!!! At least 5 rounds....that'll be enough if you're shooting a hi-cap mag....youdaman, John...range report, please.....
Ok, I wanted to know if I could do it. Yep, I jusy don't recomend the mag loading if you can help it. Put the mag in the crook of your arm (bad hand) and support the bottom with your ribs. Now you can shove some more ammo in the mag. The first five weren't bad, but getting that last one hurt the ribs! But I got it all 15 of 'em.

The mag was no problem. Flip the gun upside down and stick it between your knees. Mag seated.

To chamber a round, find the nearest hard flat surface with an edge, hook the front site on the lip while pushing down on the gun, quickly pull gun towards you and off the lip to put one in the tube.

I am going to try and get to the range tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.
I knew you could do it. I had faith. :)
Save your sight-turn the butt outboard and rake the rear sight down your pantsleg, keeping the pointers off the puller...it'll rack that slide real well...don't do it while wearing your tux or your new pantyhose...but that's been the drill with the 1911 since I were a pup.....knew you could do it if you had to!!! Can't keep a good man down.....
makes a feller appreciate a revolver more and more! ;)
Oh well, could be worse, ya could be a muzzle loader nut!!!! :D
yeah, I don't think I'd have the stones to load a muzzle loader one handed. You hold that ram-rod in your teeth, and that gun goes off, your going to look really bad.
You'd be able to do a mean Al Jolson imitation!!!
I had to google Al Jolson to get that one Sheepdog.

Pretty Funny once I did!

After that defensive handgun course I took, the instructor gave us a little preview of some of the stuff in the more advanced classes. And this was one of them, loading and racking with one hand, quickly. Pretty cool stuff.
