It happened again. :)

Another Henry - It is a Silver Eagle, .22 :)
And special to me.

Came into the gun store on Wednesday and now is home with me.
Beautiful rifle.
Pictures don't do it justice, maybe I'll get a chance to get some outside in the sunlight this weekend.

I don't know what else to say…absolutely beautiful and just as special as Sam.

So, here's a few pictures.

I think I have a similar one stashed in the safe, but not that beautiful.
You got the bug! It is easy to catch.:mrgreen:

:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen: LOVE the Wood
Big plus one on that. Traditionally, a piece of walnut like that would be reserved for super grade or custom guns. That equals anything we have in our collection. Makes a nice contrast with that silver. Congrats, Wolfie.

Wow, that walnut stock is really incredible. I have three Henry's and the walnut, although very nice, is not nearly as beautiful as yours. The receiver is very nicely done also. Congratulations on a great find.

Thanks everyone.
I was very surprised to get this and very appreciative.

It is very beautiful wood, just a beautiful rifle all around.
I'm going to try and get some pictures outside today.
Maybe with my other Henry, Sam, beside this one.

Hmmm.

I don't know what I'll name this one yet.
I usually don't name my firearms, but Sam seemed like a good choice for the other one. :)

I'll have to think on it a bit...

That is a beautiful rifle with absolutely fantastic wood. Those are great photographs.

Good luck choosing the name.

That is a great Henry rifle. Of course I'm kind of partial to Henry's. ;)
