A very easy one today....

Which was the first state to ratify the Constitution of the the United States of America....AND....in which state was it flatly rejected by popular referendum?

Well good, I've already made two mistakes today....now I can get on with life without worrying...... :D

Terry is right....way to go. Delaware's ratafication came on Dec 17, 1787. Rhode Island voted to not ratify because they felt that a strong central government was nothing better than British rule, and they were more for State's Rights, than central government. RI finally ratified the Constitution on May 29, 1790.....

We'll have to set up a government committee to study that to see if a $5.00 tax is enough.

Sadly you are correct, and even worse, most people don't realize their so-called representation is not really representing their best interests, but those interests of their own.....that's called a POLITITION.....
